Welcome!Beautiful Hills and Blue Skies in the SERLS Region

The Southeast Regional Library System (SERLS) is one of the four regional library systems in Ohio that provides high quality continuing education opportunities as well as a wide array of library-specific services to the libraries of Ohio.  Did you know that by default, any Ohio library of any type (public, school, academic and special) is considered a Basic or Core Member of a Regional Library? The Regional Libraries are geographically defined by counties; SERLS encompasses 24 counties in the central and southeast part of the state and includes the following counties: Athens, Belmont, Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Gallia, Guernsey, Hocking, Jackson, Jefferson, Lawrence, Licking, Meigs, Monroe, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry, Pickaway, Pike, Ross, Scioto, Vinton, and Washington.

A Basic Member Library can upgrade its membership by paying an economical annual fee to become an Enhanced Member Library.    Enhanced Member Libraries receive discounts on continuing education workshops as well as additional services and programs not available with basic membership.  What to know more about Enhanced Membership?  Give us a call at 800-759-1537 x5 or email dirserls@oplin.org.
