for this highly-interactive hour-long exploration that looks from the staff
member's and consultant's points of view, at how the process of designing,
delivering, and evaluating training blossoms through effective collaboration.

  • Be able to define and identify key steps to be taken
    to foster results-driven training collaborations between library staff
    members and external consultants

  • Have at least three case studies they can use when
    engaged in staff-consultant collaborations to develop onsite and online
    learning opportunities

  • Identify at least two actions that can be taken
    immediately in their workplaces to foster stronger collaborations between
    partners developing and facilitating positive learning opportunities for
    those they serve
