Created as part of the Regional Library re-organization in 2006, SERLS is one of the four regional library systems in Ohio.

We are a member-driven organization that coordinates and provides continuing education and training for staff throughout the Ohio library community.   

The SERLS board meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday at 10:30 a.m.  Access to SERLS Public Records is available by request to the Director.
